The bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of PD family villa in a quiet suburban hillside village near the town of Myjava, Brestovec. Project and attachments are processed simultaneously according to applicable standards, regulations and laws. Family house is located on plot no. 35186/1 an area of 37.33 square meters, in the cadastral no. 806277. Building object SO01 has first and second floor, without basement. Dimensions SO01 - the house is 22,840 x 14,240 meters. SO01 is solved roofing flat roof vegetation. The building is designed from the system VELOX BAU-SYSTEME. The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house. The building is located in the Liberec region in the cadastral land parcel number 42/1 in the cadastral area Liberec-Rochlice. Address of the building is 227 Vratislavická Liberec-Rochlice 460 59th Built up area is 655 m2. The new building is located on sloping ground to the south. The building is located on the still undeveloped parcel near residential homes and nursing home. The building is partially basement with four floors. In the basement is the technical support for building, storage and parking facilities. The first two floors are commercial applications for administrative operations. In the third and fourth floor apartments are located. In total there are five residential units for a total of 17 persons. The supporting structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete deck Beon C 25/30 B and reinforcement 500th The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20, and the bases of concrete and plate C 25/30 and the reinforcement B 500th Outer and inner walls are lined walls in the system Porotherm. The roof is designed as a flat. Walk-on part is designed as extensive or as a patio with concrete paving. Nepochúzná part has a stabilizing layer of gravel.

The bachelor´s thesis deals proposal and processing of project documentation low-energy detached house in the village of Horní Bory. Complete the project documentation as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The project of low energy detached house is situated on a plot of 310/1 in the cadastral Horní Bory. The building has two floors "plus" shape with partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 14,52 x 19,52 m. The roof of the house is designed of three variants roof: flat roof, gabled roof and truss roof. The building is designed from the system Ytong. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 100 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the shielding technology.

Apartment building - Brno

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the design documentation of an apartment house with restaurant. The building is designed in the village of Lipůvka, South-Moravian region, on plot No.: 544/1 and 545/1 – cadastral region Lipůvka. The bulit-up area is 443,3 m2. There are four floors. There is restaurant, one housing unit (for persons with reduced mobility) and utility room in first above-ground floor. Second, third and fourth above-ground floor is for housing. Each of these three floors has three apartments – two apartments 3+k, one apartment 3+1. Entrance to every apartment is from main staircase. The building is based on the foundation walls of concrete C20/25, all vertical walls are from Porotherm System. Celings are composed of ceramic-conrete beams POT, ceramic insertion Miako and concrete. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is without basement, roofed by a warm flat roof.

The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.

The house has an irregular floor plan, is built from the systém SUPER IZO from BS Klatovy. The house is covered with a double-flat roof and on the part and flat green walkway roof.
